Day 2–5

30-min intro call

A working conversation — not a discovery deck. We dig into the workflow, ask hard questions, and tell you honestly whether AI is the right answer.

Day 5–10

Scoped proposal

If we're a fit, you'll get a written scope with timeline, deliverables, and success criteria. If we're not, you'll get an honest "here's who you should talk to instead."

Day 10–14

Kickoff

Contract signed, kickoff scheduled. From there, the first sprint starts and you'll see real progress within the first week.
