A brand that earns trust
before you
say a word.
Aggento designs brand identities that communicate quality on first sight — logos, color systems, typography, and brand guidelines built to stand out, stay consistent, and grow with the business. No clip art. No Canva fonts. No brand kits that look like every other brand kit from that online tool.
A bad logo tells people
you're not serious
before you speak.
Brand identity is the part of marketing most business owners underinvest in because it's invisible when it's done right — and embarrassingly visible when it's done wrong. A logo from a logo maker site, a color scheme borrowed from a competitor, and a font that came pre-loaded in Word aren't just aesthetically mediocre. They actively communicate something: that you didn't think your presentation was worth professional investment.
High-value clients — premium buyers, serious B2B prospects, anyone spending real money — make trust decisions quickly and largely unconsciously. They're not examining your logo and deciding rationally whether it's professional enough. They're forming a gut impression before they've read a single word, and that impression follows them through the entire sales process.
The question isn't whether branding matters. It's whether your current brand is helping or hurting. A well-designed identity doesn't announce itself — it just makes everything else easier. The pitch deck lands better. The website feels credible. The proposal gets read.
We've designed brands for luxury real estate agents, e-commerce stores, service businesses, and agencies. The common thread: clients who previously felt apologetic about sharing their materials suddenly feel confident doing it.
A logo is not a brand. It's the most visible part of a brand — the mark that appears on everything, that becomes shorthand for your entire business in a client's mind. It needs to work at 16px on a browser favicon and at 10 feet on a sign. It needs to look right in black and white and in color. It needs to age well.
We design logos with those constraints in mind, not with the goal of impressing you in a presentation and failing in the real world.
What we deliver
- Primary mark — the main version of your logo in full color. This is the one that goes on everything by default.
- Alternate layouts — horizontal, stacked, and icon-only versions for different contexts (mobile app, email signature, small sizes)
- Color palette — primary and secondary colors with exact hex, RGB, CMYK, and Pantone values. Defined once, used consistently forever.
- Typography system — primary and secondary typefaces with size, weight, and usage guidance
- Light and dark variants — versions that work on both light and dark backgrounds
- File package — SVG, PNG, PDF in every combination of variant, color, and background. Ready for print and digital.
Timeline
- Discovery brief: 1–2 days
- Two concept directions presented for review
- Selected direction refined based on feedback
- Final files delivered: typically 5–7 days from kickoff
A logo without guidelines is a logo that gets misused. Brand guidelines are the document — usually 15–30 pages — that tells anyone working with your brand how to use it correctly. Designers, social media managers, vendors, employees: they all need to know what's in bounds and what isn't.
We produce brand guidelines that are actually used — not 80-page documents that live on a hard drive. Clear rules, specific examples, and enough visual references that a designer who's never met you can produce on-brand work.
What we cover
- Logo usage — correct versions, sizes, clear space requirements, and what never to do (stretch, recolor, add effects)
- Color system — primary, secondary, and accent colors; when to use each; contrast ratios for accessibility
- Typography — typefaces, sizes, weight hierarchy, line-height, and how they combine
- Voice and tone — how the brand sounds in writing: formal or informal, what words to use, what to avoid
- Imagery style — what photography or illustration looks like on-brand. Mood, subject, editing style.
- Application examples — how the brand looks on a business card, email signature, social posts, and website header
Format
- Delivered as a PDF and an editable file in your preferred format (Figma or Canva-compatible for easy future editing)
- Shareable link for sending to vendors and collaborators
A brand that was designed for print often breaks when applied to screens. Digital brand systems solve this — they take the core identity and extend it into every digital context: website design tokens, social media templates, email signatures, presentation decks, and UI components.
Most valuable when paired with a website project or e-commerce build. The digital brand system becomes the design foundation that every touchpoint is built on.
What we build
- Web color tokens — semantic color variables (primary, secondary, accent, surface, text, border) defined in a way that works directly in CSS and Figma
- Typography scale — web-safe font stack or web font selection with size scale, weight hierarchy, and line-height system
- Component library — buttons, form fields, badges, and card styles defined in your brand language, ready for your developer to implement
- Social media templates — post templates in Canva or Figma for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Editable by your team, stays on brand.
- Email signature — HTML email signature in your brand identity, working in Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail
- Presentation template — Google Slides or PowerPoint deck in your brand identity, with title, content, and quote slide variants
Best used with
- A new website project — we build the site directly from the digital brand tokens
- A Shopify or e-commerce build — the brand system becomes the design system for the store
- After a logo project — once the identity is locked, we extend it into every digital surface

Every project follows the same structured process. Scope is fixed before work starts. Timeline is agreed before design begins. There are no mid-project surprises and no scope creep that changes the price after the fact.

Prime Party —
a brand that earns
press coverage.
Prime Party is a licensed party supply store carrying Monster Jam, The Office, Golden Girls, Ghostbusters, Care Bears, and more. The brand had to walk a fine line: fun and celebratory enough to fit the party supplies category, but distinct enough to be taken seriously by major licensors and to stand out in a crowded e-commerce market.
The visual identity — bold, confident, celebration-forward without being juvenile — was extended across the full Shopify store. The result: 755+ customer reviews, press in Yahoo, NY Magazine, and Mental Floss, and placement with 10+ premium licensed brands. A brand that earns trust from licensors and customers alike.
Fixed price.
No revision
surprises.
A logo and brand kit — mark, variants, color system, typography, and usage guide — starts at $1,800. This covers a single brand for one business, delivered in 5–7 days.
Brand guidelines (full 15–20 page document) add $800 to any logo project. Digital brand system (web tokens, social templates, email signature, presentation deck) is priced based on scope — typically $1,200–$2,400.
Full brand system (logo + guidelines + digital) starts at $3,500. Website projects that include a full brand system receive the digital brand tokens at no additional cost.
Revision rounds: two rounds included on the selected concept direction. Additional rounds available at $250 each. In practice, most projects finalize within the included rounds.

always ask.
A brand kit includes: all logo variants (primary, horizontal, stacked, icon-only) in SVG, PNG, and PDF; a color palette with hex, RGB, CMYK, and Pantone values; typography specification with font names and usage guidance; and a concise usage guide with do's and don'ts. Everything you need to use your brand consistently across any channel or medium.
Two revision rounds on the selected concept direction. You select one direction from two concepts, then provide feedback. We refine. If needed, a second round. In practice, most projects lock the final logo within the first revision round. Additional revision rounds are available at $250 each.
Every logo variant in SVG (scalable, ideal for web and professional print), PNG (transparent background, standard digital use), and PDF (vector, ideal for professional printers). Files organized by variant (primary, horizontal, stacked, icon), color (full color, black, white, reversed), and background (light, dark, transparent).
Yes. If you have an existing logo that has equity but needs refinement — cleaner execution, updated typography, better file quality — we can refine rather than rebuild. This is a lighter engagement (typically $800–$1,200) and the right choice when the mark has recognition but the execution isn't professional.
Yes. Rebrands are often more strategic than new brands because there's equity to preserve and equity to shed. We start with what's working in your current identity and what isn't — what clients recognize and associate positively with you — and build from there. Rebrands typically run 10–20 days, longer than new identities, because the research phase is more intensive.
No problem. We can work within defined constraints — specific colors, typefaces, or stylistic directions you've already committed to. Just flag this in the brief. Constraints often produce better work anyway because they narrow the design problem.
