Working with us
How long does it take to build a website?
Most websites launch in 3–5 weeks from kickoff. Real estate agent sites typically go live in under 3 weeks. Larger builds with custom CMS, IDX integration, or multi-language support take 6–10 weeks. We confirm the timeline before any work starts and stick to it.
Who owns the website after you build it?
You do — completely. All code, designs, and IP transfer to you on final payment. We don't use proprietary platforms or lock you into monthly fees. You can host wherever you want and hand it to any developer in the future.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
All projects include 30 days of post-launch support as standard. Beyond that, we offer a monthly continuity retainer covering ongoing development, SEO, performance monitoring, and strategic sessions. Retainers are month-to-month with no lock-in.
What countries do you work with?
We work with clients globally. Our team is distributed across Eastern Europe, India, China, and the USA. We've built and marketed for businesses selling in 190+ countries and regularly work with US, European, and Middle Eastern clients.
How do I get started?
Send us a message on the contact page. Tell us what you're trying to build or fix, and we'll schedule a 30-minute intro call. No pitch, no obligation — we ask questions, you ask questions, and we both decide if it's a fit.
Websites & Real Estate
What does a website cost?
Website projects start from around $3,500 for a focused 5–8 page custom build and scale depending on scope, integrations, and complexity. AI features and IDX integration add to that. We scope every project individually and give a fixed price before work begins — no hourly billing, no surprises.
Do you work with real estate agents and realtors?
Yes — real estate is one of our core verticals. We build custom agent websites with mobile-first performance, local SEO, IDX/MLS integration, and AI lead qualification. aynuraaghenii.com is one example. See our case studies for more.
Do you handle SEO and paid ads too?
Yes. Technical SEO, content strategy, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), and Meta Ads are all offered as standalone engagements or as part of a retainer. We don't outsource — the same team that builds the site runs the marketing.
E-Commerce
Do you work with Shopify?
Yes. We build new Shopify stores and rebuild existing ones. Our e-commerce work covers performance optimisation (PageSpeed, Core Web Vitals), conversion rate improvement, international expansion with proper multi-currency and tax logic, and integrations with ERPs, 3PLs, and CRMs. See our work for examples.
My Shopify store is slow. Can you fix it?
Yes — and it's almost always worth doing. We've taken stores from a 38 PageSpeed score to 90+ (sigmabeauty.com). The revenue impact at scale is significant: each additional second of mobile load time above 3s costs roughly 7% of conversions. We audit first so you know the exact problem before we start.
AI Agents
What is an AI Opportunity Audit?
A 2-week fixed engagement where we map your business operations, identify the 2–3 highest-ROI AI automation opportunities, estimate what each would save or generate, and deliver a prioritised implementation roadmap. The output is a document you own — not a pitch for more work. Most clients use it to decide what to build next, and with whom.
What is an Agent Pod?
A 4–8 week fixed-scope AI agent deployment. Each pod is a specific, production-ready agent: Sales Triage (qualifies inbound leads 24/7), Support Copilot (deflects repetitive tickets), Knowledge Agent (answers internal questions from your docs), or Document Review (processes contracts and reports). We build, test, deploy, and hand over with full documentation.
Is the AI built on ChatGPT?
We select the best model for each use case — currently that means Claude (Anthropic) or GPT-4o (OpenAI) depending on the task. We also build evals, monitoring, and observability so performance is measurable, not assumed. We don't just wrap an API and call it an agent — we build the infrastructure that makes it reliable in production.
Banks & Financial Institutions
Do you build websites for banks and credit unions?
Yes — community banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, wealth management firms, and insurance companies. We build for financial institutions that need to communicate credibility instantly, convert browsers into applicants, and meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards without sacrificing design quality. See our finance service page for what's included.
Is WCAG 2.1 AA compliance included?
Yes, on every finance build. That means proper contrast ratios, keyboard navigation, semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and screen reader compatibility — plus an ADA compliance documentation package your legal team can file. Accessibility is built in from the start, not bolted on after.
Can you integrate with our core banking or LOS system?
Yes. We've worked with Jack Henry, Fiserv, FIS, Symitar, Encompass, and MeridianLink. If you're on a platform we haven't worked with, the first step is a scoping call to confirm integration feasibility before any work starts — so there are no surprises mid-project.
What does a bank website project cost?
Finance builds start at $8,500 for a focused community bank or credit union site. Larger projects with LOS integration, complex product pages, and multi-branch architecture scope from there. Every project is fixed-price — no hourly billing, no scope creep surprises. Get in touch and we'll scope it precisely.
